We’ve had a nightmare with rota changes this past month. Two of our nurses have swapped shifts last minute for personal reasons, and it’s left us scrambling to cover. I don’t want to be the bad guy and say ‘no’ to genuine requests, but it’s not fair on the rest of the team. How do you handle last minute rota changes?
